What's the best time of day to take CBD?

CBD works beautifully as part of a routine. Deciding when to take it each day is very much about your lifestyle, but also the symptoms that you're looking to address. As a natural product it can be taken at any time; morning, evening, or split between morning and evening.

CBD in the morning...

If you’re looking for daytime support for anxiety, low mood or energy, brain fog or pain take your CBD in the morning, ideally after breakfast or your morning brew with a snack.

CBD in the evening...

If you’re looking for night time support for sleep issues, anxiety or pain take your CBD 30 minutes before turning in. Try to make sure that you've had dinner, absorption is enhanced after eating.
